• Leads chapel devotionals weekly and is Inspirational Speaker monthly at Remuda Ranch Eating Disorders Treatment Facility in Chandler.
• Is a charter member of the American Association of Christian Counselors.
• Is approved by the Superior Court of Maricopa County as a family and divorce mediator, and a presenter of the court ordered Parent Information Program required for divorcing couples.
• Is a member of the American Coaching Association (ADD/ADHD)
• Provides counseling services for pastors and leaders at Bethany Community Church in Tempe, AZ

Personal
Zach is an adult child of an alcoholic, was an Army officer for twenty years, has been through a divorce, has worked more than on twelve step program, and has been married nineteen years with three children.
